When you place an order or contact us, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address. We do not collect or store your payment card, UPI, or banking details; these are handled entirely by our payment partner, Razorpay, under their own security standards.
When you send an enquiry through a form on our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the type of enquiry and your message, together with the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an advertisement or campaign link, its campaign tags (such as utm_source). You confirm by ticking a box that we may contact you about that enquiry. We use these details only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation; we do not add you to marketing emails because you sent an enquiry. Enquiries are stored in our password-protected admin system and a copy is emailed to our team mailbox.
We use your information to process and deliver your order, communicate order updates, respond to enquiries, and improve our products and service. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. CartAdda does not have access to, and never stores, your card, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials.
Our website uses your browser's local storage to remember items in your shopping bag, and the campaign tags of the link you arrived from so they can be attached to an enquiry you choose to send. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us until you place an order or send an enquiry.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed, which products are added to the bag and whether an enquiry form was submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or message to Google Analytics.
We share order information only with parties necessary to fulfil your order — our payment gateway (Razorpay) and courier/shipping partners. Enquiry notification emails are sent through our email hosting provider.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to us at shop@cartadda.com.
